Delivery & System Access

After placing your order, you will receive the required hardware directly from us — including all access credentials for the SMIGHT Grid2 applications. In a brief online training, we will show you how to use the Device Admin, the SMIGHT App, and the IQ Cockpit. This ensures you are fully prepared to start the installation and data collection independently.

Installation & Commissioning

Together with you, we select suitable substations for measurement — for example, those with high PV feed-in, known consumers, or unusual transformer loading. Your technicians then install the hardware: sensors and gateways are installed in the substations and activated via QR code through the app. We provide advisory support throughout the process to ensure everything runs smoothly and the data is transmitted correctly.

Data Insights & Final Analysis

After commissioning, all measurement data is available to you in real time via the SMIGHT IQ Cockpit. This allows you to monitor network behavior and gain initial insights throughout the pilot phase. At the end, we review the results together: you will receive a final report with analysis, recommendations for action, and an outlook on the next steps.
